I want to take a moment to share an update and perhaps a little “brag report”on all the wonderful things Lily has been up to since completing YCC (from 2 years old), preschool through first grade at Prime Foundation Montessori.

Lily has continued to flourish into a brilliant and well-rounded student who shines in every environment she enters. She has consistently maintained straight A’s throughout her academic journey, never receiving a single B and was recently accepted into the Advanced Learning Program for both Math and Reading for her upcoming 4th grade year. What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that Lily is already a full grade level ahead of her age peers. Her intellectual curiosity is boundless, and she approaches challenges with calm confidence and quiet determination.

This past academic year, Lily was selected as one of only two Student Council representatives for her 3rd grade class. In this leadership role, she has served as a thoughtful liaison between her peers and the broader school community; teachers, students, and parents alike, always advocating with integrity, empathy, and grace.

Outside the classroom, Lily continues to discover and develop her many talents. She completed her first 5K last fall through Girls on the Run and returned this spring to beat her personal best, crossing the finish line with strength and joy. She also plays basketball with the City of Gaithersburg team and is steadily building her skills in swimming and chess. We have watched her grow not only as a scholar but as a confident, grounded young athlete and leader who carries herself with quiet strength and radiant presence.

We owe a deep debt of gratitude to Prime Foundation Montessori for laying the foundation that has helped Lily blossom into the young person she is today. Your program prepared her not just academically but also nurtured her character, resilience, and inner confidence. That early foundation allowed her to transition seamlessly into a larger academic environment with both poise and purpose.

As Lily begins to explore the STEM pathway and bravely steps beyond her comfort zone, we are excited to see where her journey leads. Lily has worked with quiet diligence, led with heart, and continues to embody the values instilled in her at Prime.
